Hibs Memories

Hibs Memories club is delivered by our fantastic group of volunteers with sessions taking place on the first and third Monday of each month at Easter Road Stadium, between 10:45am and 12:15pm.

If you would like to attend, simply turn up at the side door of the Club Shop in the Famous Five stand.

Although the meetings take place at Easter Road stadium, we stress that the project is not just for Hibs supporters, but for fans of all clubs and anyone who feels like they might benefit from the meetings.

During the meetings, you will be split into small groups, with a general discussion of the old days (not just football), aided by photographs, items of memorabilia, quizzes, live music, stadium tours, occasional tickets for matches and short DVD’s. The group will have occasional excursions (including visits to the Royal Yacht Britannia, the Hampden Football Museum, and the Glasgow Transport Museum), former and current players are regularly invited for Question-and-Answer sessions.

The programme operates an open door policy, is always free to attend and takes place in an informal, friendly and relaxed atmosphere. This is a fantastic opportunity to meet like-minded people and socialise in good company.

There is normally free on-street parking in the local area. Wheelchair users can be dropped off directly outside the Famous Five Stand which has easy wheelchair access. A lift can be taken up to the first floor, and disabled toilets are available if needed.

Sessions are open to all with no registration required. Please contact [email protected] for more information.

Join the group for a cuppa and great chat around past events of Hibernian FC, Edinburgh, music and more. We hope to see you at our next meeting!
