Team United work with young people with Autism and other neurodivergent conditions. We are affiliated to The Scottish Football Association through Scottish Para Football and recognised as the Go To programme for young people with autism and neurodiversity to participate in football.
We have developed a person-centred player journey which provides opportunities for everyone. Whether starting out in the game, looking to be part of a team, wishing to play fun or progress to a more competitive environment. The pathway provides opportunities for everyone.
The organisation merged with Hibernian Community Foundation in September 2023, with the aim of increasing participation for neurodivergent people across Scotland , working with community grassroot clubs.
We use the power of football as a learning platform to break down social barriers that young people with Neurodivergent conditions face when participating in football and team environments.
