Hibernian Community Foundation is thrilled to announce its participation in the 2024 Edinburgh Kiltwalk on Sunday 15 September!
This annual event, celebrated for its spirited blend of charity and camaraderie, invites walkers of all ages and abilities to don their kilts and trek across Edinburgh, raising funds for a multitude of worthy causes.
By participating in the Edinburgh Kiltwalk, the Foundation aims to further its mission, harnessing the event’s vibrant atmosphere to galvanise support and generate essential funding for our community initiatives.
Walkers supporting Hibernian Community Foundation can once again participate in the 5-mile Wee Wander with entry costs being covered by the Foundation.
The 2023 Edinburgh Kiltwalk was an incredible success with over 300 walkers fundraising for our Community Academy, making us the biggest charity to participate in the event whilst raising over £18,000!
Members of the Hibernian First Team and Coaching Staff lead the charge in Hibernian Kilts and created a fantastic atmosphere throughout the day.
Head of Fundraising and Events, John Humphries, said:
