The Hibernian Community Foundation is thrilled to announce the return of Paul Greig as our new Head of Football.
Paul previously made a hugely positive impact during his first stint with HCF from 2023 to the beginning of this year, and has returned to lead our football programmes, drive player development and continue strengthening our community impact through the shared passion of football.
“We are absolutely delighted to welcome Paul back to the Hibernian Community Foundation,” said Ann Brown, Interim HCF CEO.
“His experience, leadership and passion for coaching and community football makes him an outstanding appointment for us.”
In his role, Paul will lead the strategic development and delivery of football activities ensuring excellence, innovation, and impact; whilst championing HCF’s football vision, philosophy, and ethos across all programmes and partners.
“We look forward to seeing Paul further enhance the football provision across the Foundation and continue our work to positively influence the lives of those we work with every day,” added Ann.

Paul has extensive experience globally having worked at all levels of the game in Scotland, New Zealand and the United States; possessing a UEFA ‘A’ Licence and is a Scottish FA Coach Educator & Developer. With expertise at Academy and Senior levels, Paul’s knowledge and experience will be pivotal for our programme growth and success. Paul will continue his work with the Scottish FA as a Grassroots Coach Educator and with the Women’s Youth National Teams while undertaking his role with the Foundation.
“I’m really pleased to be back at HCF and I cannot wait to get started”, said Paul upon starting back at Easter Road.
“Upon leaving the Foundation at the beginning of the year I felt like there was still plenty to do, and I’m thrilled I have the opportunity to come back and see it through. I’ve no doubt we as a team can achieve something special with the programmes we deliver and we can make a real positive impact in the work we do!”
Please join the Hibernian Community Foundation in welcoming Paul back!
