Hibernian Community Foundation in conjunction with Hibernian Football Club is committed to safeguarding children and adults at risk.

The Foundation seeks to create a safe, secure culture enabling all vulnerable groups to participate in a broad spectrum of activities relating to football.

All staff share in this commitment and are aware of Foundation’s safeguarding policies, have regular training and are PVG checked.

Safeguarding and promoting the welfare and well-being of vulnerable groups is of paramount importance.
Everyone shares a responsibility to safeguard.
Vulnerable groups are treated with respect and their views and wishes are valued.
Staff work in an open and transparent way
Professional standards are applied regardless of ethnic origin, colour, nationality, race, religion or belief, gender, sexual orientation, age or disability.
