Get Fit With Hibs

Get Fit For Free

Also known as FFIT, this free 12-week programme is aimed at improving men and women’s health and wellbeing, whilst providing them with a behind-the-scenes look at Hibernian Football Club.

The sessions are split between classroom-based workshops focussing on food values, labels and alcohol intake before physical activity pitch side or in the concourse areas of Easter Road Stadium.

All training is delivered by coaches from the Hibernian Community Foundation – who have all completed training with project partners, the SPFL Trust.
